Our products

OiLilin makes scented candles from used cooking oil, and DIY candle making kits. Candles are hand poured, so small differences in colour, surface and finish are normal. Photos are as close to the real thing as we can make them, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Shipping is added at checkout.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, using online banking, card or other methods shown on the payment page. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.
• If we notice an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Availability

Items are sold while stock lasts. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Candle safety

• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire.
• Burn it on a flat, heat-safe surface. Trim the wick before each use.
• Stop burning when about 1 cm of wax is left in the container.

DIY kits: follow the instructions and take care with hot wax and oil. Always use filtered used cooking oil that has cooled properly, and do not leave it unattended while you make your candles. Kits are intended for adults or for children with adult supervision.

Our responsibility

We take care over what we make and ship, but we are not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using a product against its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.

Website content

The OiLilin name, logo, photos and text belong to us. Please ask before using them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
